Each event has a set of deadlines that (adjusting for holidays and weekends) roughly works out to be:
- Super Early Bird Pricing: $299 … saves you $200
- Early Bird Pricing: $349 … saves you $150
- Pre-registration: $399 … saves you $100
- A few days prior and On-site: $499

To adjust to venue needs, and to keep your pricing far below other events, venues are typically announced a few weeks prior to each event.
